    Matthew 4

12 Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he departed into Galilee; 13 And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zabulon and Nephthalim: 14 That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, 15 The land of Zabulon, and the land of Nephthalim, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles; 16 The people which sat in darkness saw great light; and to them which sat in the region and shadow of death light is sprung up. 17 From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Every person is given a measure of faith and if they walk in faith then faith comes with the chance to step out each step with new and greater faith to carry them as they walk until they step into the very light of His salvation and each who do will find this gift of God’s grace . It is a work of God but is faith that allows us to receive the Gift !

    God bless each !

  • Barry, Thanks for caring. I answered your questions on my blog. God bless–you and America. Wes

  • I’ve always thought it was interesting that Jesus first message was repentance, and so was the first message of John the Baptist too

I wonder how cheap grace theology deal with this fact?

  • You have some nice photos on here!

Thanks for your concern about my lungs.  I am still sick, but not as bad as I was.  I am getting better…  slowly but surely.

What you say here is so true.  Faith is such a building process.  I used to think that if I was a really “good” Christian, that I would instaneously have this huge, amazing faith…  But, it really does come in steps, and grows and grows as we keep stepping out in faith.

  • You know that passage from Proverbs 31 10-31…I spent weeks studying that passage.  It changed my life in how I am at home.  Anyways,  …is it a dixie copper?  My sis has one and that thing is pretty sweet.

  • I have to admit, I’m not too good with commenting on others xangas, either.  So, I understand if other people don’t always comment on mine ^_^

My computer is working much better now, hooray!

Kato Mitsuko is a Japanese name that I chose for myself.  Kato can mean “changing old to new” and the Japanese symbols that spell Mitsuko mean “child of light”.  ^_^

It’s getting hot up here…I’m home in MD for the summer…and I’m working my butt off, which is why I haven’t posted anything in quite a while.

    Have a good weekend!
