Big vote Saturday, your life and health is on the line! Try to make a difference.

 What is the big hurry? Let the people read and debate on this new bill. Why shut down debate on the floor? Let all sides have their say . Tell us the truth! If this congress is out to destroy our nation so they can remake it in their own twisted way then it looks like they will get what they want with this bill. “The “Affordable Health Care for America Act” (HR 3962) is so comprehensive that it even micromanages restaurant menus and vending machines. That’s a clear signal that this is not about health care. It’s about whether the people of the United States will allow power-mad Washington politicians to plunge us into the kind of top-down socialism that is strangling Western Europe and has devastated economies and destroyed freedom wherever it is imposed.”

 Bottom line is that you will through away your freedom and I do not just mean your freedom to decide on your health care or access to it, but the greater risk comes when this makes everyone broke that are not part of the elite circle and we no longer have a middle class but just the very poor and the very rich. You will see measures taken to act like they are fixing the problems that will follow this country being flushed down the toilet that as they are enacted will remove your rights a dozen at a time.  

 We only have today , by tonight it will be too late for the vote is Saturday!

Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.

The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

… put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

It is time for the true children of God to use all that they are through Christ to make disciples that make disciples as their main work as they spend the life He gives!

All Glory be to God alone!

Do  you know people who try to steel glory from God?

If you said anything but yes then either you lied or you don’t know people or yourself. Share the fact that He is the one to credit when you receive praise for all good comes from Him (even your natural ability) and does so for His own sake.

 Yea, thou heardest not; yea, thou knewest not; yea, from that time that thine ear was not opened: for I knew that thou wouldest deal very treacherously, and wast called a transgressor from the womb. For my name’s sake will I defer mine anger, and for my praise will I refrain for thee, that I cut thee not off. Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction. For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. Isaiah 48:8-11

He will allow us to pass through  “the furnace of affliction” to forge us into His glory. Remember you did not pass through because of some great thing of you but that He allowed you to pass so give Him the glory even while your in the furnace.

 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. Behold, the former things are come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them. Sing unto the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, ye that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof. Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up their voice, the villages that Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains. Isaiah 42:8-11

Jesus is God in His glory as He alone could complete the mission of payment for sin and picking up the life that he laid down , remember no one takes the life of our Christ but he willingly laid it down to take it up again and in this we have the promise of everlasting life in Him who we receive!

Praise the Lord our God in all things!

 Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me. But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you. My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. I and my Father are one. John 10:25-30

 And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.    Luke 17:20,21

 1 Corinthians 2

 ¹⁶For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? but we have the mind of Christ.

Pray and understand this ! Seek deep and He will show Himself to you and make the dead alive by the power of Holy Spirit. Let Him touch your spirit which was dead from your physical birth and bring it to life in a new birth so you can be born again. To those who have this 2nd birth you have the mind of Christ and we must let this mind led us and not the old mind of flesh that fights to be your ruler.

Tired but so Happy!

 My father-in-law is to get out of hospital today! This is 2 days early than what the doctor stated to be the earliest possible release time. He made a remarkable improvement after each and every little nap . When told he was going home he walked 4Xs the distance of his last walk at the cheers of the hospital nurses and staff. we spent the last two nights with him to make sure all needs were met and each time out of bed was used to walk or challenge his breathing and to get him to cough . I walked him last night as late as 11pm and again at 8am the day before he got up to walk as earl as 5am.

I thank you for your prayers and God for His love expressed in His actions to him!

God is so good all the time and I thank Him for all He does in my life and the lives of those I know each and every day!

 My father – in – law and friend ended up with 5 bypasses and 1 hour shorter operation than the doctor planned. Even if all did not go as well as it did both he and I would still praise the name of Jesus and for His touch of love that is everlasting once one receives Him as Christ in their lives.

 We will need to continue to pray for his recovery as Jesus continues to heal him. By 6am he sat in a chair by the bed for 3 hours! Also by 9am he had eaten and seemed back to his self. I’m going back to spend the night looking after him and I thank God for how well he is doing well and I thank you for your prayers!

Will any one kneel with me to pray for my Father-in-law?  

 My Father in law went to the hospital with chest pains then had a heart cath. and his doctor set him up for between 5 to 7 bypasses on Friday at 7:00am. He told him it will take a little over 4 hours if all goes well. They hope to release him 5 days after that.

Please pray , he means a lot to so many people and is needed here for God’s work and river of God’s love and blessing for these people.

Please pray and comment for support for him in this tough surgery!

I was told She broke her neck in the fall!

 My Mom called and told me my sister’s husband was on his in from Houston after he got the news about his mother. He was told she was cooking and bent over to pick up something when she fell and some how broke her neck. I went to see her yesterday but on the way there I found out she was taken to another state 2hours away for special care . I do not know how messed up she is at this time but she needs our prayers.

 Many things are going on right now and I have not been able to visit my friends here at xanga . I hope to get back into xanga more in the next few days as summer changes to fall.

 I hope the Lord blesses each of you and pray all is well with each . Our church was moved by Jesus last Sunday and over half made their way to the alter to pray for the Lord to bring us into a more effective witness for our Lord in a more complete surrender to Him.
